Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Effective Date
This Return, Refund & Replacement Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production or processing has not already begun.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
2. Returns
As each item is manufactured specifically for the customer after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Personal preference regarding fit, fabric feel, or design

Accidental orders

Delivery delays caused by courier services
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing their purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged

The product contains a manufacturing defect

The wrong item was delivered

The item differs significantly from the order placed
To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being declined.
4. Replacement Process
Once a claim is reviewed and approved, we may:

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
6. Lost Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Claims for lost packages must be reported within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
8. Color & Product Variations
Actual product colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the website due to:

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
9. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
